So we better spend those minutes wisely!

 

Having a daily routine for “setting the tracks” and for giving your days the direction and intention you want them to have, is an indispensable morning exercise. 

In this video I’m going to share with you my favourite morning practice and how I make sure my days head off in exactly the direction I want them to go.
