But instead of asking yourself “What are my next steps forward?” or “What is the solution?” you need to turn away from the future for a moment and put the spotlight on the present moment.
This is key to unlocking this unwanted situation.
So the most important question isn’t about the path in front of you, it’s about where you are right now. And what’s in this present moment or, often more important, what’s missing in this present moment.
