The journey toward motherhood can often feel like an emotional minefield.
Nothing truly prepares us for the complexity and variety of emotions that arise along this path. In this discussion, we will explore one of the most challenging and often unspoken emotions: grief.
Regardless of where you are in your journey toward motherhood, if things don’t turn out as you envisioned or dreamed, grief will be part of the process.
It can impact all areas of your life, including work, relationships, health, and mental well-being.
Grief deserves our acknowledgment and attention. Unfortunately, we often do the opposite: we ignore it, push it aside, or numb it.
Join us for a heartfelt and uplifting discussion about navigating grief on your journey to motherhood.
We will share personal stories of loss, grief, and healing while providing valuable tools for handling difficult times.
Also, be sure to mark your calendars for my upcoming Weekend Workshop, “Exit the Maybe-Baby Dilemma,” on February 22nd and March 1st.
I can’t wait to see you there.
